Oyinade Nathan-Marsh, a 1987 graduate of political Science from the University of Ilorin, started her career in the banking sector. A change in career path in the Year 2000, saw her at the Public Sector as an Administrator with the Lagos State Government after obtaining an MBA from University of Lagos in the Year 1999.
As a highly motivated Administrative and HR Practitioner in the State Civil Service, she has had the opportunity to contribute meaningfully in the formulation of State Policies having worked at a Management Level in MDAs such as the Civil Service Commission, Governor’s Office, Office of Chief of Staff, Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, Parastatal Monitoring Office and most recently, Lagos State Mortgage Board.
To mention a few of her contributions, she was a member of the pioneer team that worked on the State HR policy. The outcome saw the State change the nomenclature of ‘Administrative Cadre’ to the ‘Administrative and HR Cadre’ which is being practiced in the State now. She is also a member of the Technical Working Committee that has produced a draft copy of the Lagos State Social Protection Policy. The compact team at the Parastatal Monitoring Office had the task of working as change agents to reposition the State Parastatals for optimal service delivery.
Mrs. Nathan-Marsh has attended a number of workshops and conferences that has aided and kept her abreast of current trends in her field.
She is a member of NIM and CIPM.
She is married with children.
